This is the diagram, from the trainer for "Problem Management", fits all the ITIL disciplines into context and together.We were encouraged to draw the diagram at the start of every session - probably 4 or 5 times a day. After a couple of days, it became automatic and I can see it with my eyes closed.

There should be a top-line on this drawing, the roles of Executive and Management: "Strategy Development and Decision Making".
Note that "Security" is not an ITIL Service Management discipline.
